With a maximum processing width of 500mm, the DMHA-520 is one of our most popular, space-saving models offering incredible value.

⚙️For Transparent Materials (Customer 1): The machine provides a tight, wrinkle-free tape application. Its user-friendly design makes tape rolls incredibly easy to replace, allowing operators to get up to speed quickly.

⚙️For Acoustic Foam / Sound-Absorbing Cotton (Customer 2): Applying tape to soft substrates is notoriously difficult. Our machine ensures the tape adheres perfectly to the acoustic foam without causing the soft material to bend or deform, drastically reducing tape wrinkling issues in the manufacturing industry.

2. DMHA-1060: Precision Positioning to Reduce Material Waste

Featuring a wider working range of up to 1000mm, this medium-sized machine is highly adaptable and supports the addition of multiple taping heads in the future.

⚙️ For Acrylic Tape Application (Customer 3): Acrylic tape is expensive. The DMHA-1060 applies the tape with exact tension, preventing over-stretching that leads to shrinking or warping after application. The precise positioning prevents misalignment and waste, saving the customer significant consumable costs.

3. DMHA-1650: Heavy-Duty Performance for Packaging Materials

Designed for large-scale materials, this model can accept widths up to 1650mm and supports multiple taping heads to save on manpower and resources.

⚙️ For Corrugated Cardboard (Customer 4): We specially calibrated the pressure and feed mechanisms to be highly "friendly" to corrugated cardboard. It applies the tape securely and precisely without crushing, deforming, or damaging the internal flutes of the board.

4. DMHA-A800: The Fully Automatic Solution for Tough Adhesives

When it comes to mass production and difficult adhesives, the A800 is the ultimate hands-free solution.

⚙️ For VHB Tape Application (Customer 5): VHB tape is known for its extreme viscosity, which often causes it to stick to cutting blades, pull excessively, or wrinkle. The DAAP A800 completely resolves these pain points. Whether applying continuous straight lines or short segments, it ensures stable, high-speed production, dramatically boosting factory output.
