Recently, DAAP completed the overall debugging and inspection of a vibration knife cutting machine customized for the advertising industry and found it qualified. It was officially packed and sent to an advertising production company in Bangkok, Thailand. This is another advertising cutting equipment sent by our company to Southeast Asia in September, which once again confirms the recognition of our equipment in the overseas advertising processing market.
This Thai client mainly engages in the production of advertising signs, exhibition boards, store signs and outdoor props in the local area. The daily processing materials mainly include KT boards, PVC snow foam boards, foam boards, back adhesives and car stickers. As the local advertising market's demands for quality and delivery time keep rising, the customer's original manual cutting and simple equipment can no longer meet the order requirements. After comparing several suppliers, they finally chose to cooperate with us, hoping to solve practical production problems such as the easy chipping of foam boards, slow cutting of irregular shapes, inaccurate edge inspection of vehicle stickers, and no charred edges on export products.
After fully understanding the customer's situation and in response to their processing requirements, we equipped them with a standard advertising model vibrating knife cutting machine. The equipment adopts high-frequency vibrating knife cold cutting technology, which does not burn the edge, does not discolor and has no odor, fully meeting the environmental protection requirements for export advertising products. The countertop is equipped with a vacuum adsorption system, ensuring no material leakage or wrinkling when cutting soft materials such as adhesive backing and car stickers. Combined with a high-precision edge tracking function, it can be directly connected to UV-printed products to achieve precise alignment and cutting. It simultaneously supports multiple processes such as full cutting, semi-threading, and creasing. One device can meet the processing requirements of all types of advertising materials, including KT boards, PVC, foam boards, car stickers, and photo back adhesive.
Before shipment, we conducted multiple trial cuts as per the customer's requirements, with a focus on testing the cutting effect of the foam board. As can be seen from the on-site video, the equipment operates stably, with a fast cutting speed. The thick foam board does not collapse or have chipped edges. The irregular contours are smooth, and the cut surface is clean and flat, meeting the customer's acceptance standards in one go. The customer is very satisfied with the cutting effect, the ease of operation and the overall stability.
To ensure the safety of overseas transportation, this equipment is packaged in export-specific packaging. The entire machine is wrapped with moisture-proof film and reinforced with anti-collision cotton. All accessories are uniformly packed in boxes and properly labeled to ensure that it is not damaged during long-distance sea transportation. After the equipment arrives in Thailand, we will provide remote installation guidance, operation training and after-sales technical support to help customers start production and use it quickly.
