850–1800mm hydraulic lift matches varying dock heights.
100kg/m payload capacity on rigid carbon steel frame.
0–30m/min variable speed with bidirectional operation.
5-ton lifting thrust via dual-cylinder hydraulics.
5.0mm high-friction PVC belt prevents cargo rollback.
Full-length side baffles secure goods during steep transit.
Moving materials between ground floors and raised docks requires equipment that won't flex under heavy daily use. The DMHA-BC600 and DMHA-BC800 are industrial hydraulic climbing conveyors built strictly for this task. They rely on heavy-gauge carbon steel and a dual-cylinder lift to maintain stable transit for high-density loads.
Here is a breakdown of the build and capabilities.

We built this unit to handle continuous industrial punishment rather than light commercial use.
⚙️Total Reach: The frame measures 4.8 meters end-to-end. This is split into a 4000mm incline for the actual climb and an 800mm horizontal tail section for safe staging and offloading.
⚙️Conveying Width: A 600mm working width, properly sized for standard cartons and industrial parts.
⚙️Structural Integrity: We use 3.0mm carbon steel for both the main track and the underlying keel. It resists structural bending when fully loaded.
⚙️Traction Surface: A 5.0mm thick PVK transmission belt with a grass-pattern texture. This aggressive surface grips the cargo and prevents sliding on the slope.
⚙️Drive & Lift Power: Driven by a 750W motor and regulated by an industrial frequency converter. The heavy lifting is handled by a 2200W hydraulic system that outputs 5 tons of thrust.
⚙️Load Rating: Tested to operate safely with up to 100 kg per meter.

Operating the equipment is straightforward, focusing on keeping floor workers safe and the line moving.
⚙️Height Adjustment
The hydraulic bed raises anywhere from 850mm to 1800mm. You pump it up to meet the exact height of a truck tailgate or lower it to align with floor-level staging areas, cutting out awkward manual lifting.
⚙️Line Pacing
The belt runs forward and in reverse. Speed is variable from a dead stop up to 30 meters per minute. Operators can dial the speed up to clear empty boxes or slow it down to match the crew's handling capacity for heavier goods.
⚙️Cargo Security
Running goods up a steep angle means a high risk of dropped freight. We fixed solid side baffles along the entire length of the conveyor to keep shifting cargo contained on the belt.
⚙️The Control Box
The unit is managed from a single attached panel. It houses only what is necessary: start/stop toggles, a directional switch, a speed dial, hydraulic lift controls, and a mandatory emergency stop button.
This conveyor is deployed primarily where elevation changes slow down operations.
Dock Operations: Adjust the incline to match incoming flatbeds or shipping containers. It acts as a direct bridge from the yard to the warehouse floor.
Sorting Centers: Use it as a transition line. It effectively moves parcel flow between ground-level receiving bays and raised conveyor networks.
Factory Assembly: Position it between production stages that sit at different heights. It moves raw components down the line without forcing crews to wait for forklifts.
