Environmental control: Reduce the interference of external factors on accuracy
Fluctuations in the external environment will directly affect the bonding accuracy, and a stable working environment needs to be established.
The temperature in the gluing workshop should be controlled at 20-25℃ and the humidity at 45-65% to prevent the viscosity of the adhesive from decreasing due to excessively high temperature or the surface of the workpiece from getting damp and affecting positioning due to excessive humidity. Install constant temperature air conditioners and dehumidification equipment at the same time to reduce environmental fluctuations.
Install the glue applicator on an earthquake-resistant foundation to prevent the vibration of workshop equipment (such as punch presses and fans) from being transmitted to the glue applicator. At the same time, dust covers should be set up around the equipment and an air purification system should be used to prevent dust from adhering to the surface of the adhesive or workpiece, which may affect the tightness of the adhesion and positioning accuracy.
